Which zipper type should I use?
Coil zippers are smooth and flexible for most totes. Molded teeth or metal zippers add a more rugged or premium look. Choose #3 for small, #5 for medium, and #8 for large or heavy duty builds.
Can you add an inner zipper pocket and a laptop sleeve?
Yes. We can add an inner zipper pocket, slip pockets, a padded sleeve, and a key leash. For laptops, select a boxy body and a recessed top zipper for clearance.
Will the zipper affect printing placement?
It can. We plan print areas to avoid stitch lines and zipper facings. For large graphics, we use recessed zippers or position art lower for a clean register.
Are zipper totes washable?
Canvas and cotton can be hand washed gently and air dried. Laminated PP and poly wipe clean. Avoid machine drying, and keep out of long direct sunlight.
