Incoming Material Inspection: We check fabric weight, color shade, abrasion resistance, tear strength, and color fastness before production.
Process Control: Critical stress points are reinforced with bar tacks, sewing density is monitored, and all edges are fully bound.

What materials do you usually use, and can I choose?
Most tool bags are made with 600D, 900D, 1200D, or 1680D polyester or nylon. For premium or high-abrasion applications, Cordura is available. For waterproof designs, we use PVC or TPU coated fabric, often combined with waterproof zippers and heat-sealed seams. We can reinforce bags with PP/PE boards, EVA molded bases, or metal frames, depending on the required load capacity. You can also choose the color, zipper type, webbing, and trims.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. This ensures stable material sourcing and factory efficiency. For some simple logo prints on standard colors, smaller trial orders may be discussed, but pricing will be higher. If you plan multiple SKUs under the same material family, we can often combine runs to reduce overall costs.
How long does it take to get samples and bulk orders?
Samples usually take 5–7 days after design confirmation. We provide photos or ship the actual sample for approval before bulk production. Mass production lead time is normally 25–35 days, depending on order size and seasonal capacity. For urgent projects, we can arrange priority scheduling.
How can I customize the structure of the tool bag?
You can define size, shape, number of compartments, tool boards, inner and outer pockets, zippers, handles, reinforcements, and accessories like hammer loops or reflective strips.
